Texas: San Antonio & Austin
Multi-Cultural Influences of Then & Now
May 9 - May 14, 2028With its Old Spanish charm, rich multicultural heritage, and the scenic, tree-lined River Walk, San Antonio stands out as one of America’s most picturesque cities. No visit is complete without a stop at the The Alamo. We’ll also have the chance to explore several of the five San Antonio Missions—Spanish colonial landmarks collectively recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then it’s on to Austin, a city celebrated for its quirky culture. The Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library is a stand-out experience, a must-visit for history enthusiasts. We’ll wrap up with one of Austin’s most memorable experiences: witnessing the city’s unique fondness for a certain winged, nocturnal creature making its dramatic sunset appearance—best enjoyed from a boat on the lake. The Lone Star State is full of surprises, and you’re sure to be impressed.
